We need your help to make the band program run.

  2. PRINT THE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION PAGE. 

  3. Sign up to Participate on a Committee

  4. Create a "Band Only" Userid

  5. Sign all forms as appropriate
  6. Enclose all forms and a $100 deposit check in an envelope and seal
