SENIOR NIGHT CELEBRATION
Congratulations, Seniors!  This is your night!

Oct 5: Limo RSVP and restaurant choice due; put it in the designated envelope in the band room

Oct 20: Limo payment CASH ONLY due to Andrea Manus

Oct 26: Script information due; put it in the designated envelope in the band room or email as instructed.

November 2:

bulletBe in the band room, dressed and ready to go at 3:30 for pictures prior to loading into the limos.
bulletRide limos to restaurant to eat and have fun.
bulletReturn to school for the football game; join you parents on the field at half time for announcements at the end of the show.
bulletAttend a reception (cake and drinks) after the game in the gym lobby along with the rest of the band.

Remember to bring: Dinkles, Black socks, gloves, Band t-shirt, snacks, Instrument, (valve oil, reeds, mouth piece, All Guard equipment, shoes etc.)

**All students should eat a good breakfast in the morning. (You will need the energy to make it through the parade) Make sure you go home and relax after the parade!!!! Remember to eat lunch and dinner before arriving back at Apex HS.

                        (It will take several trips to get everyone down there)

 4:10pm             Start of Parade

 4:30pm             Finish at Food Lion – Take Bus back to Apex HS.

5:40pm              Start Dressing – Uniform

 5:55pm              Inspection!!

 6:15pm              Walk to Baseball field for Parent Performance
