Monday, March 21

12:00midnight - Leave Apex HS

2am – Possible rest stop

6:00am – 7:00am – Breakfast Stop(McDonalds) – Kingsland, GA Exit 3

12:00noon – Arrive Port Canaveral, cruise check-in

4:00pm – Mandatory Passenger Life Boat Drill

5:00pm – Depart for Freeport, CocoCay, Bahamas

5:15pm – Mandatory meeting for all Cruise Festival Passengers – Voltage Disco

6:00pm – Dinner served the Kigmet and Gigi Dinning rooms

8:45pm - Welcome aboard Show in the Follies Lounge, Gift shops are also open, entertainment and activities are scheduled by the cruise line. Chaperone stations will be established and students will be briefed on their locations with periodic check ins.

11:00pm – Room checks and lights out!!

Tuesday, March 22

6:00am – wakeup J

7:00am – Breakfast in Kismet and Gigi Dining Rooms

8:00am – Concert Band warm up (Band Periods 1 and 4) – Voltage Disco

8:30am – Concert Band Performance

9:15am – Wind Ensemble warm up (Band Period 2) – Voltage Disco

9:45am – Wind Ensemble Performance

??:??am – Color Guard warm up and performance (to be determined Monday night)

After the adjudications are completed, we will spend the day swimming, snorkeling, playing beach volleyball, etc. on CocoCay, exclusive cruise island

1:00pm – Lunch-full group

4:00pm – chaperone check-in and board the ship

5:00pm – depart CocoCay

6:00pm – dinner in Kismet and Gigi Dining Rooms, with scheduled evening entertainment activities. Periodic chaperone and student check-ins

6:30pm – Chaperones meeting to plan excursions

11:00pm – room checks and lights out!!

Wednesday, March 23

6:00am - wake up

7:00am – arrive Nassau, Bahamas

7:30am – breakfast in the Kismet and Gigi Dining Rooms

8:00am – arrive at Nassau Bahamas, full group excursion visiting shops along Bay Street

12:00noon – lunch

6:00pm – dinner in Kismet and Gigi Dining Rooms- Captain’s Dinner

7:00pm – cruise entertainment schedule with chaperone and student check-ins

11:00pm - Room checks and lights out!!

Thursday, March 24

1:00am—ship departs Nassau

6:00am – wake up

7:00am – breakfast at Kismet and Gigi Dining Rooms, planned activities- see cruise ship schedule

day at sea

5:00pm – Awards Ceremony in Voltage Disco

6:00pm – dinner at Kismet and Gigi Dining Rooms

8:45pm – farewell show at Follies Lounge

11:00pm – Lights out

Friday, March 25

6:00am – wakeup

7:00am – breakfast at Kismet and Gigi Dining Rooms

9:00am – disembark the Sovereign of the Seas, load buses and leave for home
