Special Instructions during OPEN ENROLLMENT SEASON:

     When you have finished applying for a website userid, please click one of the following links to continue with your enrollment process:

The members only area of this web site is restricted to current or former Apex High School band students and their parents.  Each person in the family can have their own userid.  In order to access the secure Band Only area (which offers access to photo albums, financial information, volunteer listings, band roster with telephone numbers, etc.), you will need a userid and password.  The link above will bring up a form which allows you to:
 
  1. Request a userid and password, and/or
     
  2. Reset or remind you of your current userid or password if you have forgotten it. 

Here are the specifics --

bulletIf you do not have a prior userid, at the end of the sign up process you should see a screen that says "Application Accepted".  Please allow time for the information to be verified and processed by the webmaster. 
bulletIf you have forgotten your userid and password, please fill out the data requested on the userid request form, and the website will check your request against prior entries.  If it finds a match, you will see a message indicating a validation error (duplicate entry found), and a notice states that you will be sent a reminder email to your email address on record. 

You may select any userid you want as long as it has not already been selected by someone else.  You may also select a password of your choice.  Please note that both your userid and password are case sensitive (cAsE-sEnSitiVE).   Every time you access the member area, you will need to enter them exactly as you put them on this form.  You may not use certain restricted characters, apostrophes, spaces, or line breaks, examples: (/ * \ ' ").

ID requests are typically processed within several days.  You will receive an email notification when your ID is ready. 

Please be aware that at the beginning of a new season it takes administrative time for a new roster master list to be prepared; as such, new userid requests for new student access may be delayed until the roster is available since it is needed for verification purposes.
