Want to Learn More About Volunteering? A list of all chair positions and responsibilities can be found HERE. If you'd like more information on any of the positions, contact information for the current chair members can be found on the Committee Contacts page on the band website. Don’t know which position would be best for you? Contact president@apexhighband.org! Open Positions We need your help! We have many open positions, with some that need to be filled. Please contact Christine Lennon at president@apexhighband.org if you have questions or want to serve on any of these committees. Preparations are now underway for next year’s band season. Please consider signing on to a chair position. It’s a great way to get to know our band family. We have a supportive group of parents who are willing to help all new volunteers! Other positions are still available - Check out the full list of OPEN and FILLED Committee Chairs for more detail and see how you can help. Also, anyone that brings the flyer and buys a mattress can get free sheets! There is also an additional special discount for teachers & staff! This is one of our most important fundraisers so please share this information with your friends and neighbors, and consider helping if you can!

Coastal Credit Union/Walnut Creek Concerts
Apex Band family members can sign up as a volunteer to work the beer cart and wine stand at the Coastal Credit Union Music Park. You will get to know other band parents and earn money for your student’s band account! Training is required before volunteering and is good for 3 years. We need to commit to 4 people for 21 shows. It’s a fun time with a lot of great concerts lined up! We are done with the season for this year but make sure to follow the email blasts to be notified when signups are available for next year. If you have any questions please email walnutcreek@apexhighband.org.

Relink your Harris Teeter VIC Card to Apex High School BAND BOOSTERS starting August 1st each year. The Apex Band Boosters will receive an annual donation based on the total purchases made with all of the linked cards. In addition to purchasing HT brands, including HT Traders, Farmers Market and Harris Teeter Organics products, the band will also earn money when you use your VIC card when filling prescriptions at local Harris Teeter pharmacies. You can relink online or at any HT cashier/service desk using code 6089. IMPORTANT: you must relink your VIC Card each school year since it expires after the year.
