NEWS ALERT!!!!!

It's HOT out during after school practices! Please, please please, make sure you child(ren) has a cooler of water (they need more than just a 12oz bottle) and don't forget a snack to eat after school before practice. Please take a moment to read this document on how to "Beat the Heat" Thank you!
