Two donation options are available:
(1) General band donations made here will be used to offset expenses for the academic and marching band. Every year we are looking for opportunities to increase - or at least maintain - the quality and standards of our program and sometimes with aging equipment and a growing organization that becomes more challenging. In order to keep costs to the families that are a part of the program as reasonable as possible, donations to the band help us to replace or upgrade instruments and equipment, hire more staff for band camp, reduce trip fees for marching and academic band and generally do more to create the best experience for the students. In 2025, the donations and sponsorships to the Apex Band Boosters not only kept Marching Band fees for each student from increasing for the 2026 season but actually helped them to be reduced!
(2) Student aid donations will directly offset costs for things like marching band membership, marching band and academic instrument rental, the "All District Band Clinic", and the "Academic Band Spring Trip". Depending on the number of requests for aid, donations may help us grant more fee waivers or as a general cost reduction for all students. While the direct usage of donations is at the discretion of the band's Booster Board members and the advisement of the band director, if you know of any students who may need extra support, you may include their name here or directly email the band president (president@apexhighband.org) and the board will take the nomination into consideration.
We want all students to participate fully in our band's program regardless of their financial situation and your support helps to make this possible. Thank you!
