When creating your Membership Toolkit Account for the first time, you set up an initial userid. You may then add additional userids for other guardians and students as described below. For help creating your Account, click here.
 
Note: If you have family or friends who wish to purchase spirit wear or donate, no account is needed!  These types of purchases can be made without logging in or being connected to your family account.
 
There are two ways you might add another account login:  
 
Method #1: Via the "Invite user" option
  1. LOG IN with an existing account login id.

  2. On web menu, navigate to your Access Page:  My Account > My Profile > Access tab

    (Here you can also see existing login accounts)


  3. Fill out fields under Link Other E-mails to This Account

  4. From the email account used for the invitation, look for the email invitation to create a new login and follow the instructions given. (There may be a time limit to complete this step)
Method #2: Via the "Create Account" button
  1. If already signed in with the original account, LOG OUT first.

  2. Create a new account (login) on this screen: https://www.apexhighband.org/login-form (shown below)

    IMPORTANT:  In order to link your NEW ACCOUNT LOGIN to your EXISTING ACCOUNT, the email for your new login MUST match an email on one of these on your ORIGINAL account:
    • Email in "Parent information"
    • Email in "Second Parent information"
    • Email in "Student information"

  3. Upon completing your login steps, you should NOT have to re-add your student(s). If you do not see your student, you may have created a duplicate account instead of linking to your existing account. Please contact saa@apexbandhigh.org and explain your concern.
 

 

Special case: If your original account LOGIN EMAIL = any STUDENT EMAIL, the account is considered a STUDENT ACCOUNT.  In this case, we advise you to create an additional NON-STUDENT ACCOUNT login.  A STUDENT ACCOUNT sometimes has limitations with website functionality. Note: The format of the STUDENT EMAIL doesn't matter, it might be the wcpss.net address or any other address used for the STUDENT EMAIL.
