The following instructions explain how to set up your Membership Toolkit Account for the first time.
 
If you already have an account, but need an additional userid for another family member OR need to update your account, please see these topics instead:
  1. Click Create Account on this webpage to begin creating an account for your family: https://www.apexhighband.org/login-form 



  2. Complete the form:

    IMPORTANT: When setting up your new account, please use a PARENT's email address and NOT the same address to be filled in later for your STUDENT email!



  3. Click Verify my email on the form, which should show you the success banner below.



     
     
  4. Find the verification email in your inbox and click the Verify my email button.

    Make sure to find and confirm your email as soon as possible because the link will only work for 2 hours! 
     


  5. Once verification is complete, you should see the following screen. Please click the link to update this information form. You can complete this step at a later time, but your account creation will not be complete until you do.

     

  6. Complete ALL PAGES of the Parent & Student Information form.  

    Tips:
    • If entering a second parent email address, please choose the email address which would be used if they were to create their own login for this account.  New login accounts are linked to your existing account only when they use an email ALREADY listed in your Information form. 
    • You MUST enter a street address and a phone number, but a later step will allow you to hide this information from other users, except for our website administrators.

  7. Click Next Step button to add students.

    Your account creation will not be complete until you have added at least one student!




  8. Add ALL the students in your family who will be participating in an Apex Band program, then click Save.

    Required fields are marked below.

    Tips:
    • Please enter the student's CURRENT GRADE and NOT the one for the upcoming year! Grades will be advanced for you.
    • Please make sure the Email address, is the one your student would use to create a login for this account.  New login accounts are linked to your existing account only when they use an email which is ALREADY listed in your Information form. There is also a separate "WCPSS email address" field. The two addresses can be the same or different.
    • We would love to stay in touch with our Band Family after graduation, so appreciate having a non-WCPSS email address available that works beyond graduation.
    • A later step will allow student information to be hidden except from our website administrators.


  9. After completing the Student Information and saving, you will be presented with a SECOND form to confirm your directory display preferences and publish consent. Complete these fields, then click Save

    Your account creation will not be complete until you have reviewed the directory preferences!



Registration forms and fee payments cannot be made until all of the steps above are complete.

 
 
Common problems:
  • Trying to create a new account when you already have one with the same email address. Please do not create a second account with a new email address! There is a password reset button on the login screen if you forgot your password. 


  • You see an incomplete Parent & Student Information icon (instead of green checkmark). This means you have not yet added a student. You cannot register or pay for any fees until you complete this information.  


    Note for Admins:  Accounts in this state may be found by filtering on Incomplete status.

  • You see an incomplete Directory Information icon (instead of green checkmark). This means you have not  completed your display preferences for the website directory. You cannot register or pay for any fees until you complete this information.   

    Note for Admins:  Accounts in this state will appear Active but will not be able to see forms or make purchases.
