See instructions below to review or update information for yourself or your student, such as contact information, student t-shirt size, Marching status, Band class, Concert instrument, or Allergies.
 
Important: Once a year, each family MUST take steps to review their information. Until this step is completed, your account will be marked "Outdated" and you may not re-register for marching band or make purchases. 
 
 
General steps to update your information:
 
At any time, you may update your information using the following steps:
  1. Login to the website or mobile app. 

  2. Navigate to My Account > My Forms

  3. Click on the Parent & Student Information link.
    TIP: If you do not see a green check next to this and the Directory & Publish Preferences, please review and save both forms. If either of these forms are incomplete, you will not be able to re-register or make purchases.

  4. Review and update any parent information as needed.

  5. Click on the Next Step button at bottom of page.

  6. Review and update any student information as needed. Please do NOT update your student's grade! This will be advanced for you later.

  7. Click on the Save button at bottom of page.

 

 
Yearly Revalidation
 
When your account is marked Outdated during yearly revalidation, the following banner will appear when you login to the website or mobile app: 


 
To complete the revalidation process:
 
Click the link in the banner and follow ALL the steps to review your Parent & Student Information and Directory Preferences (same as in the previous section). Please do NOT update your student's grade! This will be advanced for you later.
  
 
Problems Updating Information?
 
If you have any issues updating your information, make sure your login id is NOT the same as your STUDENT'S EMAIL ADDRESS (e.g. wcpss.net). We have noticed some differences in these situations. If that's your only login id, please create an additional account login with a different email address: Help: Creating new user login ids.
