To find previous orders or orders that have an unpaid balance, including to update payment methods on any scheduled payments:
- Login to the website or mobile app.
- There are two ways to find your orders:
(a) Under My Account > My Orders
(b) From the top banner, click the Previous Orders link.
TIP: If you don't see the order you expected, make sure you didn't leave it in your shopping cart...
The website has a link to your shopping cart, also in the top banner (see above), while the mobile app has a shopping cart in the upper right corner indicating if any items remain unpurchased. if you still have something in your cart, you can return there and purchase it now:- Once in your cart, click the button in the bottom right that says Pay with credit card.
(or click Empty your cart if you do not wish to complete the purchase) -
Choose your payment method and complete all fields. Account Credit should be an option if you have any.

Click Continue.

The review screen says: YOU'RE NOT DONE YET! Confirm Your Order"
Review your order, then click Place order to complete your order. -
You should get an email confirmation/receipt.
- Once in your cart, click the button in the bottom right that says Pay with credit card.
- On the Orders page, click on any type of order to view its details.
