Due dates are given for required fees and some optional purchases. While deadlines are sometimes extended, we greatly appreciate your timely payment to save extra work for parent volunteers. Once a required fee deadline has passed, it is removed from general access and instead you must pay the order we create on your account.

Having trouble making a purchase even after reviewing the steps below? TIP: You may not have completed the initial registration process, or due to a yearly account re-validation process, your account may require review, see this topic for more information.
Method 1: To pay a fee (or make other purchase) BEFORE a due date:
- Login to the website or mobile app. Note: Some items are available without logging in but not required fees.
- Items may be available for purchase from two locations:
(a) The Online Store/Fees menu
(b) Under My Account > My Forms (required fees AND required forms are found here)
- Click on the item's link or menu item, and follow all the steps to check out, including selecting a quantity (if not prefilled) and filling out your payment method.
Method 2: To pay overdue fee(s) added to your account AFTER the due date:
- Login to the website or mobile app (on mobile app, go to Home page).
- If you see a banner about unpaid fees OR scheduled payments without a payment method, the link should take you directly to the page where they can be paid or a payment method can be applied to scheduled payments.
- If you do not see a banner, navigate to the orders page via the website or mobile app menu, My Account > My Orders, where all past paid and unpaid orders should appear.
Please pay ALL orders with an "unpaid" balance.
Please add a payment method to ALL "scheduled payments" listed.
Note: Orders may have more than one unpaid fee listed, and there may be more than one scheduled payment.

If you cannot find the unpaid or scheduled order when requested or you have any other questions about an unpaid fee, including if it was already paid or should not be owed, please contact the:

For trouble finding the order, please include:
- The login email
- If using browser or mobile app
- Any error messages or problem details.
Tip: Some problems have been observed when your only login id is your STUDENT'S EMAIL ADDRESS. There have been some cases where an order did not appear in that situation. If that's your only login id, please create an additional account login with a different email address: Help: Creating new user login ids.
